Our Story

Indica7 began in Romania and developed its activity around the practical staffing needs of businesses. Our work brings together candidate selection, employment documentation and support during the transition into a new workplace. Through local and international recruitment, we help employers access people whose skills and availability match their requirements.

Our presence expanded to Portugal, where our temporary employment company supports businesses with recruitment and temporary staffing. With teams in Romania and Portugal, we coordinate our work across the two markets while adapting each service to the client, the role and the relevant employment procedures.

Today, our activity covers sectors including logistics, construction, hospitality, recycling and industrial operations. We recruit locally and internationally, working with candidates from different backgrounds and preparing them for the requirements of the selected position.

Behind this activity is the daily work of our recruitment, operational and administrative teams. We clarify job conditions, coordinate documentation and maintain communication with employers and workers during onboarding and employment. This continuity helps us respond when staffing requirements change or practical issues arise.

We support employers with local and international recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening and selection for direct employment. For international recruitment, we coordinate the agreed documentation and administrative steps, candidate communication and preparation for arrival and onboarding.

Temporary staffing is provided through our Romanian temporary employment company. Depending on the agreed service, this includes employment administration, payroll coordination, timesheets and operational follow-up. Recruitment for direct employment and temporary staffing are presented as distinct options, so the client understands the employer arrangement and responsibilities.

Through our Portuguese temporary employment company, we provide recruitment and temporary staffing adapted to client requirements. Our support includes candidate selection, employment administration, payroll coordination, timesheets and communication during assignments.

We also coordinate the agreed administrative steps for international candidates and support arrival and onboarding. Our local team remains in contact with clients and workers to help address operational needs as the cooperation develops.
