1. Who we are

Indica7, whose registered company name is Tsd Indica7 Trabalho Temporário, Lda, legal person no. 517256614, is a temporary work and recruitment agency licensed by the Portuguese IEFP under licence no. 097023, with its office at Avenida Valbom, 17 3B, 2750-303 Cascais, Portugal.

This website belongs to us, and you can reach us at management@indica7.pt.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services, apply for work and contact us. You undertake to provide truthful information in the forms and not to use the website for unlawful purposes, or in a way that harms its operation or other people's access to it.

3. Applying is free

Applying through this website costs nothing. Indica7 never charges candidates or workers, at any point in the process, for job searching, for placement or for handling paperwork. If anyone asks you for money in the name of Indica7, do not pay and tell us immediately.

4. Website content

We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but the content is informative in nature and does not constitute a contractual offer. Descriptions of sectors, profiles and processes are indicative and may vary case by case.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website. It may be suspended for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images, videos, brand and other elements of this website belong to Indica7 or are used with permission, and are protected by law. You may view them and share the pages, but not reproduce or reuse the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute falls to the courts of the district of Lisbon, without prejudice to the right the law gives consumers to go to the court where they live.

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
