How we recruit for your team
Six steps, all on our side.
We find
We find
01Needs analysis
We define with you the crop or type of farm, the season calendar, the number of people, the housing and the machinery in use.
02Selection and screening
We search the right markets for each profile, pre-assess candidates and hold video interviews to meet them before any decision.
03Skills verification
Practical tests in the country of origin, in the role you need, including machinery when the position requires it. Nobody boards without showing they can do the job.

We stay in touch with your company and with the workers, and we solve whatever comes up.

Frequently asked questions
What we get asked before a proposal.
Who is the employer?
It depends on the model. In temporary staffing it is us, with all employment liabilities on our side. In international recruitment your company hires directly, with the whole process handled by us.
Can we recruit just for the harvest season?
Yes. For a season, temporary staffing is the right model. International recruitment goes through visas and AIMA, so it is planned ahead, and the timeline is set in the proposal.
Who takes care of housing?
It is set with you from the start, in the needs analysis. When it is part of the placement, it goes into the proposal and into the reception on arrival.
What if the worker does not work out?
The replacement guarantee covers exactly that: we replace, at no additional cost.
