INDICA7 supports the preparation and coordination of the paperwork required to recruit and employ workers from third countries, in line with the applicable legislation and the responsibilities set out in the contract. Visas, permits and residence documents are issued by the competent authorities.
Procedures and timelines are adapted to the legal requirements and to the availability of the official platforms.

Who is the employer?
Your company. The workers sign the employment contract directly with you; we do the recruitment, the documents and the integration.
How long until the workers arrive?
It depends on the trade and on the institutions' deadlines for the single application and the visa. You get the estimated timeline in the quote, for each recruitment.
Which countries do you recruit from?
Nepal and India. We also recruit locally, people already in Romania.
Does my company need to be registered on WorkInRomania?
Yes, employers bringing in workers from outside the European Union register on the WorkInRomania platform. We assist you with the documents and the registration steps, while your company's legal representative completes the identification and authentication steps that are theirs to do.
Who handles the visa and the single permit?
We assist you throughout. We prepare the file together with you, deal with the institutions in Romania and in the candidate's country and track every deadline, which depends on the legal requirements and on the availability of the official platforms.
What happens if a worker is not a good fit?
We stay with you after arrival and mediate the situation. Replacement terms are set out in the contract.
What is the integrity test?
An online assessment through the Integrity Meter platform: behaviour, motivation, stability and references. It complements the interview and the practical tests, and you receive the result together with the candidate's profile.
