01We check the conditions
We start from the conditions the law sets for employers, including having no outstanding debts to the state and at least one year of activity in a field compatible with the occupations you want to hire for.
02We prepare the documents
We go through the company's documents and those of its representatives with you, including translated and legalised criminal record certificates for anyone who is not a Romanian citizen, so the file is complete before the application.

03Creating the account
The company's legal representative completes the identification and authentication steps that belong to them, and we explain in advance what each step will ask of them.
04The registration application
We assist you in filling in the application and uploading the documents to the platform, and we prepare any additional information or documents together if ANOFM asks for them.
05After approval
Once ANOFM approves the registration, the company is entered in the Register of Employers of Foreigners and can move on to the firm job offer and the single application for each worker. Procedures and timelines are adapted to the legal requirements and to the availability of the official platforms.
Frequent questions
What is the WorkInRomania platform?
It is the state's electronic platform where employers who want to hire foreign workers in Romania register, under Emergency Ordinance 32/2026. The firm job offer and the single application for each worker then go through it as well.
Do I need to register if I recruit through Indica7?
Yes. A company that hires foreign workers through placement has to be registered on the platform, even when the recruitment is done by an authorised agency, and the registration comes before the single application for each worker.
What is left to the legal representative?
The identification and authentication steps on the platform, which belong to them. We prepare in advance what they need for those steps and stay with them throughout the registration.
Who approves the registration?
The National Agency for Employment (ANOFM), after the checks carried out by the competent institutions. The answer is communicated through the platform.
How long does it take?
