How we recruit for your team
Six steps, from defining the posts to following integration.
We prepare
We prepare
01We define the need
We discuss the type of facility (elderly, children, medical), the number of residents, how dependent they are, the shifts and the language spoken. Together we set the profile of the right worker for each post.
02We identify candidates
We search our network in Nepal and India for people with experience in care for the elderly, children or patients, including international experience.
03We organise selection
Interviews and practical tests in the trade requested and an integrity profile through the Integrity Meter platform. That leaves a short list of candidates suited to the centre.
We select

04We coordinate the paperwork
We file the single application on WorkinRomania.gov.ro and follow the long-stay visa and the single permit, according to each candidate's situation. The timeline is set for each recruitment.
We accompany
We accompany
05We organise the arrival
We coordinate with you the arrival in Romania and the first day of work, including the accommodation agreed. Workers are met on arrival, receive a SIM card and are guided to the centre.
06We follow integration
We stay in touch with the facility and the workers, mediate any situation that arises and help them settle into the care procedures, the shifts and the communication with residents and their families.
Assistance with paperwork and administrative procedures
INDICA7 supports the preparation and coordination of the paperwork required to recruit and employ workers from third countries, in line with the applicable legislation and the responsibilities set out in the contract. Visas, permits and residence documents are issued by the competent authorities.
Frequently asked questions
What companies ask us before requesting a quote.
Do you also recruit staff without a medical qualification?
Yes. We recruit carers and support staff (cleaning, laundry, kitchen) without a medical qualification, as well as nursing assistants. For qualified roles, recognition of the qualification in Romania is clarified before recruiting.
How do you check that a candidate is suited to care work?
Through an interview, verification of previous experience and an integrity profile through the Integrity Meter platform.
In which language do they communicate with residents?
The language level required for each post is agreed with you and checked at interview. After arrival, our team mediates communication between the workers and the company.
What happens if a worker does not settle in?
We stay in touch with the company and the workers after arrival and mediate any situation that arises. Any replacement terms are set out in the quote and the contract.
