How we recruit for your team
Six steps, from defining the posts to following integration.
We prepare
We prepare
01We define the need
We discuss the types of vehicle you work on, the usual jobs in the workshop (mechanical, bodywork, paint, electrical), the equipment in the workshop and the schedule. Together we set the profile of the right worker for each bay.
02We identify candidates
We search our network in Nepal and India for mechanics, panel beaters and painters with experience in car workshops, including international experience.
03We organise selection
Interviews and practical tests in the trade requested. That leaves a short list of candidates suited to the workshop.

04We coordinate the paperwork
We file the single application on WorkinRomania.gov.ro and follow the long-stay visa and the single permit, according to each candidate's situation. The timeline is set for each recruitment.
We accompany

05We organise the arrival
We coordinate with you the arrival in Romania and the first day of work, including the accommodation agreed. Workers are met on arrival, receive a SIM card and are guided to the workshop.
06We follow integration
We stay in touch with you and the workers, mediate any situation that arises and help them settle into the workshop's procedures, your tools and your schedule.
Assistance with paperwork and administrative procedures
INDICA7 supports the preparation and coordination of the paperwork required to recruit and employ workers from third countries, in line with the applicable legislation and the responsibilities set out in the contract. Visas, permits and residence documents are issued by the competent authorities.
Frequently asked questions
What companies ask us before requesting a quote.
Do you also recruit general workers for car workshops?
Yes. Alongside mechanics, panel beaters, painters and auto electricians, we recruit general workers for washing, cleaning and handling parts.
How do you check that a mechanic knows the trade?
Through interviews and practical tests in the trade requested, before moving on to the paperwork. We also assess experience from previous workshops, including abroad.
Do the workers know the equipment we use?
We discuss the types of vehicles and the workshop equipment from the start and look for candidates with experience on similar work. The specifics of your workshop are learned at the start of the job.
