Profiles we recruit
Skilled and general workers, organised by stage of the works.
Sorting
Sorters
Separate materials by hand on the sorting belt: plastic, paper, glass, metal, following the station's instructions.
Sorting operators
Monitor the belt, adjust the material flow and check the quality of the sorted fractions.
Recycling operators
Run the processing stages: shredding, washing, baling, following the station's procedures.
Machinery
Machine operators
Operate the baling press, the shredder, the belt and the station's other machinery, minding safety.
Machine mechanics
Maintenance and repair of the station's machinery, so the belt does not stand still.
Yard and dispatch
Forklift operators
Move bales and containers with the forklift, between the hall, the yard and the dispatch area.
Loaders and unloaders
Load bales and containers for transport to processors.
* For other trades we also recruit locally, from candidates already in Romania: Domestic recruitment
How we recruit for your team
Six steps, from defining the posts to following integration.
We prepare
We prepare
01We define the need
We discuss which materials you process, how the station is organised (sorting belt, press, shredder), how many posts you have per shift, which machinery you use and what training you give at the start. Together we set the profile of the right worker for each post.
02We identify candidates
We search our network in Nepal and India for workers with experience in sorting plants, recycling or production, including international experience.
03We organise selection
Interviews and practical tests in the trade requested. That leaves a short list of candidates suited to the plant.
We select

04We coordinate the paperwork
We file the single application on WorkinRomania.gov.ro and follow the long-stay visa and the single permit, according to each candidate's situation. The timeline is set for each recruitment.
We accompany
We accompany
05We organise the arrival
We coordinate with you the arrival in Romania and the first day of work, including the accommodation agreed. Workers are met on arrival, receive a SIM card and are guided to the plant.
06We follow integration
We stay in touch with you and the workers, mediate any situation that arises and help them settle into the pace of the belt, the shifts and the safety rules of the yard.
Assistance with paperwork and administrative procedures
INDICA7 supports the preparation and coordination of the paperwork required to recruit and employ workers from third countries, in line with the applicable legislation and the responsibilities set out in the contract. Visas, permits and residence documents are issued by the competent authorities.
Frequently asked questions
What companies ask us before requesting a quote.
Do the candidates know what the working conditions are?
Yes. We tell them at interview what work on the belt is like: standing, noisy, with smells, in shifts.
Do you also recruit general workers for sorting?
Yes. We recruit sorters and general workers, as well as operators and mechanics with machinery experience. Training on your machinery stays with the plant.
What happens if a worker does not settle in?
We stay in touch with the company and the workers after arrival and mediate any situation that arises. Any replacement terms are set out in the quote and the contract.
