Six steps, from defining the posts to following integration.

We prepare

01We define the need

We discuss the type of premises (hotel rooms, offices, apartments, retail spaces), the floor area, how often cleaning is done, the shifts and the equipment in use. Together we set the profile of the right worker for each post.

02We identify candidates

We search our network in Nepal and India for people with experience in hotel, office or residential cleaning, including international experience.

03We organise selection

Interviews and practical tests in the trade requested. That leaves a short list of candidates suited to the workplace.

We select

04We coordinate the paperwork

We file the single application on WorkinRomania.gov.ro and follow the long-stay visa and the single permit, according to each candidate's situation. The timeline is set for each recruitment.

We accompany

05We organise the arrival

We coordinate with you the arrival in Romania and the first day of work, including the accommodation agreed. Workers are met on arrival, receive a SIM card and are guided to the workplace.

06We follow integration

We stay in touch with the company and the workers, mediate any situation that arises and help them settle into your cleaning procedures, the products in use and the shift pattern.

Assistance with paperwork and administrative procedures

INDICA7 supports the preparation and coordination of the paperwork required to recruit and employ workers from third countries, in line with the applicable legislation and the responsibilities set out in the contract. Visas, permits and residence documents are issued by the competent authorities.
