On entering the country they receive centralised SIM cards, so the connection with us exists from the airport onwards.

Our teams travel to employers' sites to talk with the workers and mediate whatever comes up; for groups, once a month, including checking the accommodation.

We have contacts and partnerships for workers' accommodation.

Our multicultural team and our colleagues from the Asian countries help the workers settle into Romanian culture, without asking them to give up their own.
