Routine maintenance and repair of the machinery in the hall, so the lines do not stand still.

Move raw materials and finished products with the forklift, between the warehouse and the hall.

How we recruit for your team

Six steps, from defining the posts to following integration.

We prepare

01We define the need

We discuss the type of plant, the departments, the machinery people will work on, the trades required, the number of posts per shift and the training planned. Together we set the profile of the right worker for each post.

02We identify candidates

We search our network in Nepal and India for workers with experience in the trade requested, on machinery similar to yours, including international experience.

03We organise selection

Interviews and practical tests in the trade requested. That leaves a short list of candidates suited to the plant.

We select

04We coordinate the paperwork

We file the single application on WorkinRomania.gov.ro and follow the long-stay visa and the single permit, according to each candidate's situation. The timeline is set for each recruitment.

We accompany

05We organise the arrival

We coordinate with you the arrival in Romania and the first day of work, including the accommodation agreed. Workers are met on arrival, receive a SIM card and are guided to the plant.

06We follow integration

We stay in touch with you and the workers, mediate any situation that arises and help them settle into the pace of the department, the shifts and the safety rules of the hall.

Assistance with paperwork and administrative procedures

INDICA7 supports the preparation and coordination of the paperwork required to recruit and employ workers from third countries, in line with the applicable legislation and the responsibilities set out in the contract. Visas, permits and residence documents are issued by the competent authorities.

Do you also recruit general workers for factories?

Yes. We recruit skilled staff (welders, fitters, machine operators, maintenance electricians) and general workers who support the teams on the shop floor.

How do you check that a welder or a turner knows the trade?

Through interviews and practical tests in the trade requested, before moving on to the paperwork. We also assess experience from plants, including in other countries.

Can the workers use our machinery without training?

We bring people with experience on similar machinery; training on your machines and the safety briefing stay with the factory. We agree from the start what training you provide.

How long until the workers reach the shop floor?

It depends on the profiles, the selection, the paperwork and the arrival arrangements. The timeline is discussed for each request from the start.
